Full time support worker

YOU

  • Excited to help adults with learning disabilities learn, grow and thrive

  • Organised, calm and compassionate

  • Maybe worked in a support setting before, but more importantly, can demontrate willingness to do so and transferrable skills

US

  • Offer permanent full time contract, 40 hours per week, £15.04 per hour + £45 for regular sleep ins 

  • Committed to treating everyone with fairness and dignity, with emphasis on training, development and professional qualifications for staff that want them, and a dedication to the quality of life of our tenants

  • 5.6 weeks statutory leave PLUS your birthday off AND additional leave added for long service
