Full time support worker

The right candidates will be able to:

· Offer our residents/tenants person-centred support in doing the things they enjoy and in making choices and decisions

· Devise and support residents to develop their support plans, to learn life skills and in having their voices heard

· Encourage and inspire them to try new things, to grow and develop to their full potential

· Demonstrate a commitment to Equality and Diversity
