Jean Marshall House

Jean Marshall House is run by the Outlook Foundation as a supported living service. This means that the support provided is registered to our Head Office at Outlook House, and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), under the regulated activity: personal care. This means prompting our tenants with activities such as cooking, cleaning or washing, rather than providing physical care. As a result, the accommodation at Jean Marshall House no longer requires regulation by the CQC. When it last did, the House was assessed in 2018 as 'Good'.

You can visit the CQC webpage on Jean Marshall House and read the previous report by clicking on the button below. The button next to it will let you read the Foundation's statement of purpose for a supported living service.

In 2025, Jean Marshall was assessed by the Surrey County Council Quality Monitoring Team to produce a PAMMS report (Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution). Jean Marshall House was rated Good in all categories bar two, where it was rated Excellent: Care worker knowledge and Consent.
