Outlook House is run by the Outlook Foundation as a supported living service. This means that the support provided is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), under the regulated activity: personal care. This means prompting our tenants with activities such as cooking, cleaning or washing, rather than providing physical care. As a result, the accommodation at Outlook House no longer requires regulation by the CQC. But when it did, the House received a full assessment in 2018 with a review in 2023, and was assessed as 'Good'.
You can visit the CQC webpage on Outlook House and read the full report by clicking on the button below. The button next to it will let you read the Foundation's statement of purpose for a supported living service.
