We have been so lucky to have been awarded a number of grants that have made recent refurbishment projects possible. Here are some of the details of Trusts who have contributed to our recent fundraising efforts, as well as local companies that have donated goods or volunteered at one of our houses.
In 2024, we began a refurbishment project on our flagship house, Outlook House, to convert this 1930s care home into two halves: a peaceful, communal setting for five and four self contained flats. Our thanks to the Wolfson Foundation, the Baily Thomas Charitable Fund and the Ernest Kleinwort Charitable Trust whose generosity made this project possible.

Three volunteers from local professional workwear company Johnsons came to spend the day volunteering with us twice in May 2025. They made huge inroads on weeding and tidying up the garden, getting our outside spaces ready for the tenants to enjoy the summer. Thank you so much to Johnsons for all of your hard work.
